Cape Cod Generations Session!

Imagine looking around at three generations..your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren…and knowing you started it all sixty five years ago? For my good friend Jenn, that is how her grandparents can look at life together. We recently met in Yarmouth on a gorgeous night during a family reunion/celebration of sorts. To me, this session represents so many things. Accomplishment, commitment, pride, happiness, and most of all, love. I can’t say enough how much being able to capture memories such as the ones below means to me. Jenn and her family have taught me so many valuable lessons since we met a decade ago, and I am excited to continue photographing each face as the years go by! Jenn, Mike and family…you were a joy to work with. Thank you for always inviting me along for the ride 🙂

Ronnie & Kelly: Engaged!

There are certain decisions in life that set the course for the future ahead. For my sister Melissa, this pivotal choice was saying yes to college at St. Mike’s in Vermont. Not only is this where she met and married her husband Joe, but also where she had the good fortune of becoming friends with Kelly. Over the years, I have had the chance to get to know Kelly (on frequent trips up North to visit or hang out at P-Day of course!). She is true-blue and has shown my family loyalty and love since day one. In my mind, the best decision that Kelly has made is to marry Ronnie, who mirrors all her best qualities. I recently had the opportunity to photograph these two up at Kelly’s family house on the shores of Lake Champlain. We strolled around the gorgeous grounds, on the beach, and ended with sunset drinks on the dock. There is no doubt in my mind that Kelly and Ronnie are headed for a future full of happiness and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Their celebration next June at Sugarbush will be here before we know it, and I am honored to capture every last moment!

Paul & Lauren: Married!

Paul and Lauren were married on a very rainy summer day. Their plans to exchange vows outside were quickly changed to a ceremony inside the Smith Barn. Lauren and Paul chose to keep the barn doors open, and as they said “I do” the rain fell ever so softly against their faces. So.very.romantic! A common faith brought this couple together and I believe it will keep them together for a lifetime. Lauren & Paul, capturing your day was an absolute pleasure…thank you for allowing me in to witness each moment!

Zack & Sarah: Engaged!

There are certain sessions where I leave feeling totally inspired for one reason or another. Zack and Sarah’s engagement was one such night. We met up in Chatham at the Squire and took pictures downtown before moving over to Lighthouse beach. I didn’t want to leave and drove the whole way home with a big smile on my face. The light was so beautiful, Zack and Sarah were such great sports up for anything (even when the flies seemed to take over!), and the result is some picture perfect moments. Can’t wait for their September wedding at the Crane Esate!
