I am a big believer that things happen for a reason. That places and people and moments all come together the way they are supposed to, and memories are created in the wake. Certain occasions make me feel this more than others. On the way home from Mo and Kelsey’s beautiful wedding day, I knew that the celebration I had just witnessed was a testament to a relationship that is meant to be. All week long, the weather called for rain. Not just a little drizzle, but full blown storms. As we entered into the ceremony, the skies looked like they would open up at any second. They never did. The sun decided to shine for Kelsey and Mo until the most gorgeous sunset arrived to get the party started. It was just perfect for a couple so full of light. I loved photographing each detail for a family who I have known for over a decade…a family who makes me feel so at home whenever we are together.
