I absolutely loved every last minute of photographing Alex and Emma’s Wachusett Mountain wedding. The quiet calm that surrounded Emma as she got ready with her nearest and dearest. The earrings that Emma had her heart set on (but figured wouldn’t fit into the budget) which Alex remembered and gave to her with love on their wedding day. The look on both faces as they locked eyes for the first time..and the tears and smiles that continued long past “I do”. The meaningful words spoken about this humble, thoughtful, smart, kind, and madly in love couple. The ridiculous dance party that literally brought everyone to the floor and had me laughing outloud! I enjoyed it all and will look fondly on this day for years to come. Alex and Emma, I wish you a lifetime of ear-to-ear smiles like the ones from your beautiful day in June!

I’m so excited to share the engagement session of my next couple, Nikki and Dave. These two are getting married on New Year’s Eve later on this year. This is notable, to me, because it reflects their personalities perfectly. Very simply put, Nikki and Dave are fun to be around. The kind of people who make you feel at ease instantly and who are up for anything! We met at Elm Bank in Wellesley and wandered around the sprawling grounds and gardens. What a perfect night. Nikki and Dave, I can’t wait to see you both again in December!

On a recent beautiful summer night, I met Matt and Melissa for a classic engagement session downtown. We started out on Boylston Street, and slowly made our way to the swan boats and beyond. I had the best time listening to stories such as how Melissa and Matt met. How they were incorrectly sat together at a mutual friends’ wedding. How Melissa told him he was in the wrong seat, and how Matt insisted he stay. This twist of fate led to a lasting (and I must say really lovely!) relationship that will culminate with Melissa & Matt’s August wedding. I can’t wait!!

Upon pulling up to the Misslewood Estate for Kevin and Kendra’s wedding day, a heavy fog filled the air. The mist over the water created a sense of romance which seemed to be tailor-made for this particular day. Being around Kevin and Kendra for half a second, you can sense the spark. They are truly, madly, deeply in love. Each moment from their celebration reflected just how important they are to each other. Beautiful pale pink details were carefully chosen, huge smiles filled the faces of friends, and heartwarming words were spoken during toasts. What an honor it was to witness this marriage. I have to give a huge thank you to the very talented Brittany of Brit Perkins Photography for shooting with me. Now on to the images of an amazing day for a truly amazing couple!
