I was looking forward to this next engagement session from the moment Brienne and Chris mentioned Wells and Ogunquit Maine. Brienne has spent most of her summers at this location, and naturally had her heart set on taking pictures there. I can see why! From Perkins Cove to Laudholm Farm to the beach…each spot was more picturesque than the next. Brienne and Chris are getting married in August, one month shy of their tenth year together. This celebration has been a long time in the making, and couldn’t be happening to a better couple!!

In less than two weeks, I officially kick off my summer wedding season, photographing many amazing couples in a multitude of beautiful locations. Alex and Emma certainly fit into both categories! These two are so solid…very much in love and equally involved in the plans and preparation for marriage. I can’t wait for their June celebration at Wachusett Mountain! Duxbury is a special place for a number of reasons. It’s a place where natural beauty exists everywhere, and has been my family’s home away from home for years. So when my old-friend-turned-event-planner, Colleen, asked me to photograph a styled shoot with Island Creek Oysters, I jumped at the chance!
